Sydney-wide delivery pricing, site requirements and more

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free within 30km from Windsor, Sydney NSW.

A $50 delivery fee applies for deliveries between 30km-50km from Windsor, and on a quotation-basis for 50km+.

What comes with my hire?

Your hire includes installation of your luxury portable toilet or bathroom onsite, as well as a supply of toilet paper all ready to go.

Cleaning is not included. Your Luxury Amenity must be returned in a clean condition or a cleaning fee of $150 will apply.

Are you insured?

Yes! We are totally insured. However, non-accidental damage incurred during your hire will be subject to fees at our discretion.

Do I need a special connection?

Connection requires access to

1x power point

1x outdoor tap

plus access to a sewer point or septic tank within 10m of the connection site.

Please do not move your Luxury Amenity once connected and installed. Re-installs will incur additional fees.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Everything you need to know

  1. Payment must be made and contract signed prior to delivery.

  2. The portable toilet/bathroom must be returned clean, or a $150 fee will apply.

  3. Blockages caused by flushing anything besides water or toilet paper down the toilet system will incur damage and repair fees starting at $150.

  4. It is the hirees responsibility to ensure that everything required for connection is available onsite.

  5. Moving the trailer and attempting to reconnect the system yourself is not permitted and any attempt to do so is subject to additional fees.

  6. Damage sustained due to poor care during the length of your hire will incur repair fees.

  7. Minimum hire period of 3 days applies.

  8. Call-outs due to misuse (not due to product failure/s) will result in a $150 fee plus the cost of any repairs.

  9. By signing contract and making payment, the hiree agrees to abide by these terms.
